I almost chocked on my coffee when I heard that voice. Startled, yes I was. For awhile i did not know what to do. I was uncertain if I should say something or just hang up. My thoughts ran wild again. I did not want to lead him on neither do i want him to build up hope on him and I. All i wanted was just friendship and nothing more. Don't get me wrong, Michael was a really nice guy, caring, sweet and helpful but I was not expecting anything more. The way he's been calling me every single day, morning, afternoon and night checking on me were sending me the wrong signals. I did not know how to react without hurting his feelings so i just decided to just dodge off some of his calls. I figured the lesser we communicate the better and he would understand the hidden message. I just did not have the heart to straight up and tell him i was not interested in any relationship with him.
