Forgiveness!
Not as easy as writing or saying it but for the sake of serenity, sanity, freedom & better health, it is the best ever!! 
Forgive, Let Go, Surrender & Heal with love ... ❤️💜

As they say forgive the way you want to be forgiven.  Such a simple statement it means so deep.  Very deep.  Forgive, let go & surrender.. What if the scar is very deep? What if the pain was too tormenting? How do you forgive, let go & surrender? What about the scar? It will always be there for the rest of your life! You thought you've let go and move on but when crap hits the fan, every debris that have sunk deep, rise up back to surface pinching at every vein every nerve in every part of your body that makes you scream in pain!!! And it was all just emotions internal works nothing physical but the pain is as excruciating as if you're being beaten with a baton time and time again! That is how keeping grudges feels like! Until you forgive you'll still be haunted by the miserable memories! 

To forgive, let go and surrender is FREEDOM for self!
